Workout Summary: 11.15.17

It’s always so hard to consistently work out on your own, without the benefit of training sessions scheduled all week. I did manage to “pull” (haha) off a good workout today and it felt really good to be back.

Hopefully I can keep the momentum going.

Here’s the rundown:

Warmup

  • 1:30 on the rowing machine
  • Lots of arm swings

Assisted chin-ups

  • 3 x 10, 70 lbs assistance, various grips

Lat pull-downs

  • 3 x 10, 40 lbs

Seated rows

  • 3 x 10, 40 lbs

Tricep pull-downs

  • 3 x 10, 15 lbs (x2?)

Bicep curls

  • 3 x 10, 12.5 lbs per arm
