Workout Summary: 10.11.17

Overall, a really good leg day. I didn’t smash any records or anything, I just didn’t get hurt. I was sort of nervous going into today because of my abs but I came away feeling great!

Here’s the rundown:

Warmup

  • 1 1/2 minutes on the rowing machine
  • Several stretches and squats

Squats

  • 3 x 10, 70 lbs

Side lunges

  • 3 x 5 (per side), 20 lb barbell

Split inclined lunges

  • 2 x 10 (per side), 2 x 10 lb dumbbells

Hip abductor

  • 3 x 10, 75 lbs

Hip adductor

  • 3 x 10, 75 lbs
