Workout Summary: 8.24.17

I’ve been a bit out of commission lately; I got a bit injured on my Friday workout. Plus, with the eclipse and some rescheduling… I haven’t worked out in a bit.

Had a leg day today. It was alright except I mostly tried to take it easy so I didn’t mess myself up. I went way up in leg press, though, which is great!

Here’s the rundown:

Warmup

  • High knees
  • Butt kicks
  • Over-the-fence (forward and back)
  • 15 or so bodyweight squats
  • 15 or so lunges
  • 15 or so side lunges

Squats

  • 1 x 8, 100 lbs
  • 2 x 8, 110 lbs

Lunges

  • 3 x 8 (total), 45 lb bar

Leg press

  • 3 x 8, 130 lbs

Calf raises

  • 1 x 8, 110 lbs
  • 2 x 8, 130 lbs

Hip abduction

  • 3 x 8, 90 lbs

Hip adduction

  • 3 x 8, 95 lbs
