Sort of a status-quo pull day today. I don’t think I went up in weight at all. Good workout, overall, though. Getting to the point where I’m really learning what to feel when I do the exercises, which is awesome.

Deadlifts
- 3 x 8, 115 lbs
Lat pulldowns
- 3 x 8, 75 lbs
Seated rows
- 3 x 8, 27.5 lbs (dual)
Dumbbell rows
- 3 x 8, 25 lbs
Bicep curls (concentration)
- 3 x 8, 15 lbs
Upright row
- 3 x 8, 30 lbs
