Workout Summary: 4.14.17

Leg day kicked my ass today. Going on a trip to Chicago with my friends so I’m a bit out of sorts. It was raining all morning so I really wasn’t in workout mode. Got a really good workout in, though!

Here’s the rundown:

Warmup

  • Air-squats, maybe 2 x 16?
  • Side-lunges, maybe 2 x 10

Squats

  • 1 x 12, just the bar (warmup)
  • 1 x 12, 65 lbs
  • 2 x 11, 65 lbs

Walking lunges

  • 3 x 12 (per side), 2 10 lb dumbbells

Leg press

  • 3 x 12, 70 lbs

Leg extensions

  • 1 x 12, 60 lbs
  • 2 x 12, 65 lbs

Leg curls

  • 3 x 12, 70 lbs

Calf raises

  • 1 x 15, 90 lbs
  • 2 x 12, 95 lbs
