Workout Summary: 9.11.16

Just a short workout with my wife. We had a lot to talk about so there was a lot of walking. We got some good upper body stuff in, though, which was nice.

Here’s the rundown:

Warmup

  • Brisk walk – 30 minutes

Upper body

  • Assisted chin-up – 3 x 15, 85 lb resistance
  • Bicep curl – 3 x 15, 17.5 lbs
  • Tricep curl – 3 x 15, 7.5 lbs
  • Barbell chest press – 3 x 15, 15 lbs

Core

  • Russian twists – 3 x 40
  • Snowmen – 3 x 40
  • Plank – 2 x 30 sec
