Workout Summary: 9.5.16

Made it back to the gym on Labor Day and labored away. Nothing too intense, just a good, overall workout.

Here’s the rundown:

Warmup

  • 40 minutes walking at a brisk pace
  • 2 x 20 traveling lunges

Lower body

  • Squats – 3 x 10, 65 lbs

Upper body

  • Low rows – 3 x 10, 55 lbs

Core

  • Russian twists – 2 x 20
  • Snowmen – 2 x 20
