Cardio & Core: 7.31.16

Technically, I think I’m supposed to be having a “rest day.” I dunno….

I had a short set of high-intensity intervals, a short set of regular (jogging) intervals, and a couple sets of a couple core exercises.

Cardio

Interval run

  • Fast-pace run – 1 x 30sec with 2 min rest

Interval jog

  • Medium pace jogging – 3 x 5min with 1 min rest

Total distance: 1.28 mi.
Total time: 24:35

Core

  • 2 x 20 Russian Twists
  • 2 x 20 Snowmen
